1) For the US to reinstate its ambassador to Damascus.
2) For it to take Syria off its terror watch list.
3) For the US-Syrian-Iraqi coordinating committee – tasked with supervising the Syrian-Iraqi border – to resume its activities.
57) For Marack to commit to and sponsor Damascus' peace talks with Jerusalem (which the Syrians are already saying are pointless...I agree).
The paper reports that Marack, upon hearing the requests, said he would consider them, "favorably."
Well, guess what? Marack has already made one of the doctor's dreams come true. The U.S. has already begun to comply with Syrian demands. It was announced last week that we are reopening our embassy in Damascus.
Just so we're clear...the United States is reopening its embassy in a country that sponsors terror regimes dedicated to the genocide of Israel's Jews, but won't move its embassy to Israel's capital of Jerusalem (every President since Jerusalem became Israel's capital has refused to do so...because the lot of them are spineless wussies).
What do you think will be the next Syrian request that Marack complies with? I'm guessing taking Syria off the terror watch list.
