It's the same in any lingo

How can one be compelled to accept slavery? I simply refuse to do the master's bidding. He may torture me, break my bones to atoms and even kill me. He will then have my dead body, not my obedience. Ultimately, therefore, it is I who am the victor and not he, for he has failed in getting me to do what he wanted done. ~ Mahatma Gandhi
If I am not for myself, who will be for me? If I am not for others, what am I? If not now, when? ~ Rav Hillel, Pirke Avot

"Yes to Israeli Independence! No to American Demands!"

It was a brilliant day for the citizens of Israel. At least 1000 people, including government MKs, rallied outside Prime Minister Netanyahu's office today demanding that he honor his campaign promises, that he not bow to American pressure on the settlement issue, and not relinquish Israeli autonomy to Marack.

Those of you who have been following this issue closely know that the "settlement freeze" is nothing less than the first step to a complete evacuation of Jews from Judea and Samaria; leaving Israel at the same indefensible borders that necessitated striking first in June of 1967. It would also mean the abdication of Israel's autonomy to the United States, and possibly the beginning of the end of the Jewish state.

Let’s take a step into Marack’s Bizarro World for a moment. His claimed desire for a freeze is to demonstrate to the Arabs that Israel is serious about peace, and willing to make concessions and, in exchange, the Arabs are supposed to take steps toward “normailization,” whatever the fuck that’s supposed to mean…Arabs will stop killing Jews? From the words and actions of Arab leaders, that's about as likely as Marack going a day in public without TOTUS.

Here in the normal world, where the Arabs initiated the conflict with Israel, where the Arabs have unceasingly called for the destruction of Israel, the murdering of all its Jews, a normal, unfucked up, non-Jew hating President, who was not obsessed with kissing Arab ass, and determined to keep us sucking oil from the Arab teat (what about green energy you fucking douche?), it would be the Arabs who would be forced to make concessions in exchange for a “settlement freeze.”

The Arabs have given nothing; ever. They have never renounced violence. They have never recognized Israel’s right to exist, let alone exist as a Jewish state. The plan has always been and, for the foreseeable future, will continue to be genocide. But still the United States transfered $200 million to the PA.

This being the case, if the Netanyahu government accepts a freeze of any length, it will mean the end of Israel. First, Israel will have lost its autonomy, submitting herself as a fiefdom of Marack. Second, she will be pushed out of Judea and Samaria and will be forced to accept the 1949 ceasefire lines. Jerusalem will be divided. Once this is accomplished the physical death of Israel will be acted upon with tacit approval of the White House.

That is why protestors are taking to Israel's streets. They aren't stupid. They see the writing on the wall, and they want the Prime Minister who ran on a platform of supporting Yesha, and standing against the creation of an Arab state west of the Jordan River, to stand up to the Resident and tell him in no uncertain terms that they will not have his policies rammed down their throats.

Leader of the Council of Jewish Communities of Judea, Samaria, and Gaza, Dani Dayan said:
"People tell us that it is impossible to stand up against American pressure; there is no bigger lie. David Ben-Gurion founded Israel in spite of American pressure... Menachem Begin destroyed Osirak in spite of American opposition, and Yitzhak Shamir rejected American demands to stop construction."

National Union MK Uri Ariel said:
"There's no place in the world where Jews are unable to build themselves a home, but America doesn't want to allow us to build here - we are here to protest the American interference on this matter."

MK Arye Eldad (National Union) said:
"We are hoping to change the perfect silence characterized by those elected to Netanyahu's government on the supposition that they are faithful to Israel and Israel's best interests. It is clear that Netanyahu is on the verge of total collapse and MKs like [Israel Beiteinu's Uzi] Landau and [the Likud's Gideon] Sa'ar, who were regarded as rebels because they were against the disengagement, are now silent on this issue.

"At the best they will voice quiet opposition to American attempts to dictate to Israel, but this is a time when we need to be strong."
Trust us in America when we say that Marack is not to be trusted. If you let him get his foot in the door with the "freeze" it will only get worse. The Arabs have made it clear there will be no concessions from them. Fatah is prepared to announce that it will continue to endorse armed conflict with Israel. It's leaders have already done so in the press. The halting of construction must be rejected utterly.

That protest makes me very happy. It's about time they stand up against what Obama wants and that they're encouraging Bibi to stick to his promises.

You know, it really helps to look at East Jerusalem and the big Jewish settlement east of there, Ma'ale Adumim, with Google Earth. They call the area E-1 and there's practically nothing there. What's the big deal?

It's only a big deal because Jews want to live there.

I am so sorry this story and the protest was not more prominent in the news ..but the propagandistas , much like the blogosphere these days seem more interested in who is drinking a beer with the asshole in chief .
But what if more police arrest more of the friends of the president so they can get to drink a beer with him? A scary prospect and possible outcome that was missed ... but then quite a bit has " gone missing" or suffered from a lack of attention in the news lately
