At a convention of all the school principals and supervisors, thirty Arab principals got up and walked out in protest when those gathered stood at the end of the meeting to sing the Israeli national anthem. Arutz Sheva reported that the educators were "stunned." Why should they have been stunned? The Arab does not have the soul of a Jew. The Arab does not share the national aspirations of the Jewish people. The Arab considers the reestablishment of Jewish sovereignty in our homeland as the "Nakhba," the catastrophe. This walkout should be a clarion call to Jews in Israel, and around the world, that continuing to believe that giving Arabs social services, healthcare, and other benefits for which they do not pay a shekel are ever going to buy their loyalty to Israel. They are loyal to the PLO, loyal to Hamas, and Fatah...the forces that desire our destruction, not to the Jewish people or our homeland.
Were there a Jew in power in Israel who feared HaKadosh Borachu, whose loyalty was to Am Yisrael, who understood and respected the fact the Arab's loyalty cannot be bought, and that in his heart he wants Israel gone, these thirty principals would have been fired on the spot and they and their families would be deported to one of the twentysomething Arab countries of the Middle East.
Somehow I don't think that's going to happen...but it should.
