What A Difference An Election Makes

Well well well, what's going on with Juan Marack Peron Oblahblah Jr. Jr.'s plans for Israel? Is it a change in tack?

The Associated Press is reporting that it is in possession of a lengthy memo stating that pressure is being put on Mahmoud Abbas to enter into direct talks with Israel. Can you believe it? Don't. This is a feint by Marack.

Let's look at this from both sides. First Abu in a Suitabbas.

He says that he won't sit down at the table until Israel agrees to continue the construction freeze in Judea and Samaria. Sorry dumb-dumb, the first freeze was undertaken to placate Marack and get you to the table. You refused. What makes you think Israel would consent to another freeze? You had 10 months, you blew it. Shut up and sit down.

Here are the real reasons Abbas does not want to consent to direct talks.

1. Gaza is already controlled by Hamas. Backed by Iran and Syria, Hamas agents and Jizbullah proxies are waiting to crush Fatah in Judea and Samaria. Abu in a Suit is already operating on borrowed time. Direct talks without preconditions is his death warrant. Abu in a Suit likes his suits. He certainly is not going to do anything that would result in said suits being riddled with bullets.
2. Rumors of war abound. War is always good for the "Suffering Palestinian Show." If war breaks out in Lebanon and Gaza Fatah can always light some babies on fire, or stage a fake massacre in the hopes of generating more foreign sympathy from the World Organization of Jew Hate (you know...the EU and UN.).
3. Most likely Abucadabra knows that this pressure from Marack is in fact just a show, which leads us nicely to Marack's side of the equation.

This memo, which may or may not even be real (is it really out of the realm of reality to say that AP is making this story up at the behest of the White House to create a cover story of Obaba finally coming to his senses with Israel?), supposedly shows that the White House has finally accepted that Bibi is politically stable and will remain the head of his government. Duh.

The right leaning parties in Israel did well because after the evacuation Gush Katif most people in Israel, with the exception of Yariv Oppenheimer and company, realize that "land for peace" equals rockets, mortars, and maimed and dead Jews. A growing majority of Jews are finished with the notion of a two state solution and would be a lot happier to see the Arabs pack their bags and go if they refuse to stop killing and raising their kids to kill Jews. Though Slick Willy was successful in bringing down Bibi in the '90s, Marack is dealing with an older and wiser Bibi, as well as an Israeli public that hates the current White House resident. And when I say they hate him, I mean they really hate him, don't trust him, and are praying for the day he's no longer in the White House. And that's one of the reasons why this "memo" is coming out.

If Marack is seen by Israelis as pressuring the Arabs he thinks they will start liking him (being liked is very important to the man who grew up without his baby daddy), which in his mind will make it easier to get rid of Bibi (if you think he's given up on that you'd be wrong...that's why it's in the memo). Sorry Barry, the Israelis don't trust you and hate your guts. They are far smarter than Americans apparently, who took nearly two years to figure out Marack is supercallousfraudulisticexploitallidocious.

More importantly for the Barry is that his support among American Jews, even the deluded left of Reformsville that thinks the IDF really are bloodthirsty baby killers, is rapidly going down the johnny hole. With the midterm elections coming up nothing says "vote for democrats" to Jews more than pressure on the Falacstinians to negotiate.

Bottom line is this: The Barry can't help facilitate the Falacstinian destruction of Israel if he loses the Congress, and he is hard pressed to keep it if he continues to be so overtly anti-Israel. And it is a curious thing that the PLO just got its diplomatic status upgraded in the midst of all this "pressure."

WWAD? What would Abu do? Does he consent to direct talks with Israel and risk being shot, or does he sit down and hope that Marack goes back to his pounding Israel on the head ways after the midterms...should the democrats keep control of Congress (if they do then this country is permanently set on stupid and deserves what it gets).

As for Bibi, all he has to do is refuse to extend the freeze and then build-baby-build..

If I were Abu I'd stay in my well appointed villa with a bulletproof vest on and wait until after the November elections. If the Republicans win he would be wise to flee and let what's left of Fatah and Hamas kill each other in the streets, which would be fine with me. Nothing says lovin' like Arabs shooting each other.
