A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Stabbing

An Arab was arrested at the Kalandia checkpoint after he was found with a knife. Upon his arrest he admitted that he was on his way to carrying out a stabbing attack. This is the third such incident at this checkpoint. Apparently two other Arab geniuses were arrested in separate occasions, and admitted they were hoping to stab a Jew.

Now I would normally say that the argument for denying the Arabs yet another state in the heartland of the Jewish people ends with Arabs hoping to stab Jews. But really, do you give away land to people who admit they are coming to stab you? The Torah teaches us that when you find out that an enemy is getting up in the morning to come and kill you, you get up earlier and kill the enemy first.

Of course Fatah and Hamas have admitted for years that their goal is to kill Jews and destroy Israel. They still admit it, and yet the numb sacks in the Knesset still talk about giving them land. The White House still talks about it. The State Department still talks about it. So does the UN, the EU, and the rest of the alphabet soup of racists.

But who are the real numb ones? Am Yisrael. We are the real numb ones who sit around on our spotty behinds squeezing blackheads while all this happens. We abdicate our voice to impotent organizations that spend more time sustaining themselves than advocating for national independence for the Jewish people in all of our lands, free from the threat of being stabbed by genocidal idiots. American Jews are the greatest culprits.

Still too many fail to see that liberals/Democrats are all too eager to divide our land. The Department of State under Hillary Clinton has allowed the American consulate in Jerusalem to be turned into a de facto embassy to the PLO terrorists. It is also serving as a nest of American spies who spend their days making sure that no Jew builds in Judea and Samaria, while illegal Arab building on both sides of the lie that is the "green line" goes on unabated. Meanwhile, it is hoped that these same Jewish Americans who stupidly voted for Marack Pajama, who learned to hate Israel at the knees of notorious academic Jew haters like Rashid Khalidi, Billy Ayers, and Edward Said, as has been mentioned on this blog long before it became fashionable, will figure out that liberals hate Israel and would love to see it destroyed in favor of creating yet another Palestinian state, as the illegal Hashemite entity on the east bank of the Jordan, which was also supposed to be part of Israel, is seemingly insufficient.

The obtuse thus think that the natural solution is for American Jews to embrace conservative leaders because they are so pro-Israel, wear lapel pins with American and Israeli flags, talk big about Jewish rights in Judea and Samaria, etc. Let's run through the pantheon of recent Republican presidents who were "pro-Israel." Ronald Reagan? Please. That Jew hater laid a wreath on the graves of SS officers in Bitburg, Germany, and presided over a State Department that refused to allow Jews born in Jerusalem to denote Israel as the country of their birth (a policy that was never changed under supposed friends of Israel George Shrub I and II). And how can we forget how the U.S. sold AWACS planes to the Saudis. GHW threatened Israel over loan guarantees, and naturally sold out Israeli security interests in favor of his good family buddies at House of Saud (amazing how many conservative Jews forget this inescapable fact). The son of course made the creation of an Arab terror state west of the Jordan administration policy, and sent his Secretary of State to advocate bisecting Israel with a highway so the terrorists could drive between their terror cantons.

Name a Republican president, or any president, who has signed off on recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Stop fooling yourselves that Republicans or Democrats really care about Israel. Lip service is not support. Even Sarah Palin, who is running around with her American/Israeli lapel pin talking about us being allowed to build wherever we want, has done nothing to convince me that her dedication to a Jewish homeland is anything more than lipservice. There is no history of trust from the White House in the last 30 years. Stop pretending.

America has the ability to be real friend to Israel, by increasing domestic oil production, by moving toward biomass fuels, synthetic oil, and other measures that will reduce and eventually eliminate our dependence on the oil produced by Jew hating regimes like Saudi Arabia. America could recall Lt. General Keith Dayton, who is still training Fatah terrorists, and supplying them with American weapons, even though American weapons are already being used to kill Jews.

While the American people again and again demonstrate overwhelming support for Israel, the government of the United States does not. Now with anti-Israel organizations like J-Street, the liberal mission of destroying Israel now has a voice in Washington, disguised as being "pro-Israel," while it advocates the Arab League agenda of weakening Israel by creating an Arab terror state in the heart of Jewish lands.

When an American President tells the world that the notion of "Palestinian" statehood is nothing more than the politicized means for the Arab League moving to destroy Israel, then we will have a friend in the White House. When an American President stands up and recognizes Israel as the capital of Israel, then we will have a friend in the White House. When an American President recalls Keith Dayton and brings an end to the training, funding, and arming of Arab terrorists dedicated to killing Jews, then we will have a friend in the White House. Until that day comes Jewish Americans, and Jews around the world need to stop pretending that there is any other reality.

So what should the American Jew do? Think about embracing the notion of Jewish national independence. Think about aliyah. Think about an Israel that is Jewish, is secure in all of its lands, and is independent from the influence of the United States, EU, and UN. If your Congressmen endorse the Goldstone Report make it your mission to bark in their ears until they change their minds. Bring a friend. Bring ten. Bring one hundred. And don't blindly vote for someone simply because they are a democrat or republican. Both parties are corrupt, and the word of a politician on Israel is as worthless as a Fatah leader's pledge of peace.

The only political force that we can count on is us. If we will not support Jewish national independence, no one else will.
