Okay friends...it was Yom Yerushalayim, the day when, with HaShem's help, we liberated Jerusalem from the Ishmaelites and reunified our His city. Seems to me this is as auspicious a day as any to finally comment on what's going on with the whole "1967 borders" fiasco.
Let's start with Pampers' speech in which he pronounced his decree that Israel would begin its negotiations at the 1949 armistice lines and would give up land with appropriate "swaps" between what is already within the internationally "recognized" borders of Israel for the "settlement blocks" in Judea and Samaria.
First, let me start out by saying that this is not a new concept. I have written here for quite a while that Hillary Clinton's Department of Hate has implied this policy, if not overtly stating it, since 2009. This has also been the basic demand of Mahmoud Abu-in-a-suit-Abbas for about a year (he also said he wants Jerusalem and, more honestly than Pampers, demands all of Judea and Samaria without swaps, and without Jews). So Pampers hasn't done anything over-the-top except to articulate what I've been saying in actual words that even the dumbest left-wing "peace"-now Jew can understand. What amazes me is how everyone is acting so offended and outraged.
Pampers is the man who said Jerusalem was a settlement. Pampers is the man who had Hillary Clinton chew Bibi's rear on the phone when it was announced that Jews were going to be building housing for Jews in the Jewish capital of the Jewish state. Why is everyone acting like the Barry has crossed the line? He crossed it a long time ago, and has been standing with the Ishmaelite enemy ever since.
What is sad is Bibi's response in the form of his speech in Congress. He was eloquent, and spoke many truths about Israel and the Jewish people. He said much that needed to be said, and made the world, if only for a moment...maybe...realize that Israel is not the problem. It's the Falacstinians.
For those who haven't seen the whole thing...
He characterized Judea and Samaria as the ancestral land of the Jewish people, going so far as to call it Jewish land stating that the Jewish People are not occupiers. Zo artzeinu. This is OUR land. And so, it begs the question...why is Bibi going to such great lengths to say he's willing to give it away? Either he is truly willing to do so, or he doesn't have the courage to tell the Ishmaelites, and the rest of the world that it will never happen.
What he ought to do is take a ride in the Wayback Machine and listen to what he had to say back in the day...(H/T to
One Jerusalem)
There's already a Palestinian state. It's called Jordan dummies. Of course, the Israelis negotiated that fact away when they signed a "peace treaty" with those Hashemite butchers.
Both Bibi and Bambi are playing the same game, but with different views of the ends.
Read what both men are saying carefully. Each has laid out terms (there is some variation in their respective lists) that the Ishmaelites will never accept.
They will never recognize Israel as the Jewish homeland. They will never accept demilitarization. They will never accept an IDF presence in the Jordan Valley. They will never accept a united Jerusalem under Jewish sovereignty. Most importantly, they will never accept the rejection of the so-called Ishmaelite "right of return." The latter issue is one of the few things that Bibi has handled well.
In unequivocal terms that even Little Lord Fraudleroy understands, Bibi made it clear that the Ishmaelites who fled Eretz Yisrael under the false promise that the Arab armies would slaughter the Jews and that, after they finished bathing themselves in our blood, would come back and live in our homes (their homes if you believe the word of an Ishmaelite), would not now, or ever, be allowed to enter Israel and settle there.
For those who are not familiar with the term Right of Return, it refers to one of Israel's first laws, that anyone who is halachically Jewish (their birth-mother is Jewish) can come to Israel and receive automatic citizenship. The Ishmaelites, as part of their international propaganda campaign that "Palestine" was an actual country, Arab in origin, decided to adopt this term to label their demand that the Arabs, which the other Ishmaelite nations refused to absorb (while Israel absorbed the more than 800,000 Jews that were forcibly evicted from Arab countries across the Middle East and Africa), be sent back to the Jewish state for the sole purpose of drowning the Jewish majority in a sea of Ishmaelite contamination.
So what's the game? Bambi issues terms the arab butchers won't accept, while paying lip service to the fact that their trying to move forward in the UN for declaration of a Falacstinian state is a bad idea. Of course this just makes them more insane, propelling them forward with their UN plan. As September gets closer Bambi will act like he just might not authorize a veto in the UNSC to make Bibi nervous and agree to something ridiculous like freezing rutabagas.
Bibi's game is to look tough, even though his own foreign minister has talked about land swaps, as have Olmert, and Barak. It's working. He's doing well in the polls in Israel, and elections are looming.
But there is at least one important distinction between Bibi and Bambi. Bambi says the 1949 armistice lines are where the negotiations will start. Bibi says that the negotiations will not get there. I frankly don't trust either one of them.
Did you really need me to say that?
The great failure here is once again on Bibi. When he told Congress that this is our land, he should have followed up by saying that it was by HaShem's will, and we cannot and will not give it up.
He apportioned Eretz Yisrael to us. He initiated the ending of our final exile from our land following the single greatest tragedy to befall the Nation of Israel since the destruction of the Temple. He gave us the strength to fight off five Ishmaelite armies and claim victory over them, solidifying the reestablishing of Jewish sovereignty in our land for the first time in more than 2000 years. He made possible the miracle of a reunited Jerusalem after Jordan forced us out in 1948, reclaiming Har HaBayit, the Temple Mount. It is G-d's land, that he set aside for us, and we are forbidden by its Creator to give it away. In fact, real peace and the restoration of the world depend on this refusal.
Instead, Bibi failed, as so many of Israel's leaders have failed before him, and has perpetuated the Chilul HaShem, the desecration of G-d's name.
But, those of us who do not live in fear through our trust in HaShem, those of us who know the Torah is truth, we are not afraid of the future. The final Geulah, the final redemption, is well underway, and no Ishmaelite, no Muslim, no Christian nutbag apocalyptoid, not even the pResident of the United States can stop it. What will make it go easier for the People of Israel is if the Jewish government accepts its responsibility to do what the Torah demands of Jewish sovereign leadership in the Land of Israel, starting with ridding His Land of the Ishmaelite butchers...for good. Let them all live in peace in Jordan, or any of the other 22 arab countries in the world. We will have our one Jewish state.
The day may soon come when Am Yisrael stands alone against the nations. When that day arrives we will either place our trust in HaKadosh Borachu, or have to face a great deal of suffering before it's all over. Either way, things will work out and Torah will prevail. I'd like to see it go down with a spoonful of sugar rather than with blood.
My dear friends, the Geulah is coming, "in its time," or in haste, and everyone is playing a part, for good, or for ill; even Bambi and Bibi, whether they know it or not. It is largely out of our hands but to act with emunah (faith), and bitachon...the ultimate trust in HaKadosh Borachu. If you can do that you'll be amazed at how well you sleep at night. All will turn out well, and in haste.
