How can one be compelled to accept slavery? I simply refuse to do the master's bidding. He may torture me, break my bones to atoms and even kill me. He will then have my dead body, not my obedience. Ultimately, therefore, it is I who am the victor and not he, for he has failed in getting me to do what he wanted done. ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Wave That Lulav

As Succoth (s00-COAT) winds down I have a little time to think about how this ancient festival resonates in modern times. We are commanded by HaShem to dwell in succoth, temporary homes, for seven days to remind us that in these we dwelled in our forty year journey from slavery to our return to our homeland in Eretz Yisrael. The roof of our succoth are not to be attached to the rest of the structure leaving it, and us, vulnerable to the elements. This is to remind us of the Clouds of Glory with which we were sheltered for most of our time in the desert. These clouds, provided by HaKadosh Borachu, protected us from our enemies and the desert heat. We put faith in HaShem again to protect us, despite the flimsy nature of the roofs we place on top of us for these seven days, even as it reminds us that His protection is all we have in this world every day of the year.

As the construction freeze in Judea and Samaria ends, and building is resuming in the heartland of the Jewish people, our enemies again gather against us. The Little Lord Flatulent in the White House condemns us in the UN. Frezzident Sarkosy says he will jumpstart the "peace talks" and that construction must stop. In other words: Jews...surrender the dream of sovereignty in your homeland, stop having babies, and give over your lives to those that want you dead. That we have once again built succoth, and show our faith in the Gd of Israel, should be enough of an answer to the world: Kindly, go to hell.

Our families grow. The fruits of Israel are harvested. Grapes are trodden in the press. The wine ages. Our enemies are confounded. And we dwell in huts, sing, and celebrate all that the Gd of Israel did, and still does for us.

We are commanded to do something else on Succoth. We are to gather the branches of the willow, myrtle, date palm, and the fruit of the citroen that we call the etrog. We are to bring these four species together and celebrate before the Gd of Israel with joy. Every year we do this. Why? Because HaShem has commanded us to do so. It is confounding to our enemies, and the reason why they cannot seem to break us. If we are willing to wave plants and celebrate at HaShem's command, then what will we not do?

A 5-ton tombstone has just been reset on Joseph's tomb in Shechem, 10 years after it was destroyed and desecrated by the people the world thinks we should make peace with. Homes are being built in the heartland of Israel. The world can complain and whine all it wants. We are in our succoth, and B"H, no ill winds can drive us out.

Shanah Tovah 5771

Rosh HaShanah begins at sundown tomorrow evening here in Galut. As the spiritual year draws to a close, we think about where we have been, what we've done, where we have failed, what we have accomplished, and what we know we must change. We continue the process of petitioning HaKadosh Borachu to forgive us for our transgressions that began with the month of Elul, and now begin the process of rectifying the wrongs we committed against our fellow people.

It is my hope for Klal Yisrael that we will earnestly begin putting our differences to the side, try to draw each other closer to Torah and service of Hashem, and increase the consciousness of our nation to understand that we are truly living in the era of the redemption of our land, and of our people. We must do our utmost to remember that we are a sanctified nation, and as such, each of us has merit, that each of us has a role to play. The traitors and heretics must be exposed, in the hopes that tshuva follows. We must take the time to listen, to draw ourselves closer to Hashem, and gain real insight into the nature of our missions in the short time we have to live as spiritual beings having this physical experience.

May this also be the year that Klal Yisrael truly understands that if we demand the right to live in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Netanya, and a united Jerusalem that we must also demand our birthright to Hebron, Shechem, Beit El, and Shiloh. Judea and Samaria is the heart of our land, not something to be given away to the forces that call the loudest for our destruction. It is time for Israel's leaders to understand this, and if they don't, for the people to remind them, and the rest of the world, unremittingly and without apology.

Our homeland is under siege with an intensity that we have not seen in 40 years. Those who stand against Hashem are working harder than ever to delegitimize us as the indigenous people of the Land of Israel, and our human right to not only live in our land, but to live at all. We must accept the challenge to resist this new wave of Jew hate and delegitimization with all of our essence. At the same time we must continue to be at the forefront of defending the ideals of the nations in which we reside outside of Israel.

America is facing dire circumstances these days. The fabric of the Republic is being destroyed by those who we foolishly entrusted to protect it. But Americans are finally learning the lesson that the Constitution of the United States does not grant rights to its citizens. It was created to make sure that the government did not infringe on rights that are our unalienable, G-d given rights as human beings. This realization has begun to permeate the collective consciousness of American society and will hopefully stir more and more Americans to stand and preserve the first republic created on the basis of preserving individual liberty.

In order for us to defend ourselves, and our host nations we must most importantly know who we are. We must return to the source of our wisdom, our strength, and our own constitution, the Torah that Hashem entrusted to us, and that we have brought to the world. If we fail to embrace it, the rest of the world cannot help but stray even further from its light, and deeper into darkness. If we are to be a light among the nations, we must first understand what that light is, taking deeper and more meaningful steps to engage it.

May you have a joyous, meaningful new year, be inscribed for a year of good health, security prosperity, liberty, and peace.

Shanah Tovah! A good year to all, and to all of Israel.

Family Fyood: Lauren Booth Gets Rabid With Tony Blair

Lauren Booth is at it again. The faux activist/journalist and terrorist sympathizer is shooting her mouth off, this time turning her bigoted venom against her brother-in-law, former British Prime Minister (and former American lap dog) Tony Blair over the recent release of his political autobiography. Blair, a so-called Quartet representative at the "Directionless Talks" in Washington this past week is being blasted by sis, who wrote a blog post for Intifada Voice of Palestine (whose logo happens to be Israel covered in a Falacstinian flag):
It repulsed me to read your blatant swallowing of the Israeli narrative regarding Palestine and its people.
Funny, isn't Tony Blair the same guy who helped establish the moral equivalency between Hamas' firing rockets at Jewish civilians and the IDF launching a military operation to take out Hamas' rocket capacity in defense of those civilians...after years of unremitting attacks that went virtually unanswered by Israel. And he also happens to be representing a political entity that believes Israel should continue its freeze on Jewish construction, and that ultimately Israel should withdraw to the Auschwitz of the 1949 ceasefire lines that necessitated a first strike against Egypt, which was preparing to invade Israel in conjunction with Syria. Hey, when your country's narrowest point is 9 miles wide there really isn't any margin for error, or the luxury of waiting to be invaded to appeal to those international elements that would otherwise declare Israel to be the aggressor.

But, silly me, Ms. Booth is sympathetic to Hamas, which openly calls for the annihilation of Israel, instead of lying that it wants to live side by side in peace with Israel like Mahmoud Abbas and the PLO do...oh wait...they all openly call for the annihilation of Israel too...(Bibi is talking with these animals why?)...

But Booth's insanity gets even better. Clearly the lass is off her meds. You'd think a friend would at least give her a slap in the face...if not a good tasing. But then, her friends are probably all Jew hating morons like herself...
The ‘conflict’ between Palestine and Israel is according to you all about religion and has nothing at all to do with the ethnic cleansing of the Arab population, nor the degredation of those who remain by their Israeli occupiers. You say that Arabs have and always will see ‘Jews’ as enemies. For God’s sake Tony do your history. And if you’re going to run a ‘Faith Foundation’ then better gen up on Islam 101 don’t you think? Did your pals in Tel Aviv forget to tell you how many thousands of Jews lived in Historic Palestine in harmony with their Arab neighbours before 1948? Do you really not know that even today tens of thousand of Jews reside contentedly in Iran?
First, how does one do history, Lauren? Is that from behind, the missionary position...what? We're dying to know.

Ethnic cleansing. Ethnic cleansing...ethnic cleansing? If Israel is engaged in ethnic cleansing it has to be the worst job of it in history. Our lands are still occupied by illegal Arab terror armies and Arabs live all over Israel. In Judea and Samaria the Arab economy has grown 9% in the last year. Clearly the worst case of ethnic cleansing ever.

Oh, and yes...the myth of Jewish and Arab coexistence prior to 1948. I suppose that while sipping champagne and caviar with the Hamas elite in Aza, no one told you the story of the Arab riots and massacres in "Mandate Palestine." Here be the facts Lauren, assuming you have the capacity to read anything that doesn't involve the words, "death to Israel."

In 1919, Haj Amin el-Husseini, the Islamic Nazi collaborator, whom you no doubt admire, organized groups of suicide groups called fedayeen, to terrorize Jews into leaving, as Kemal did when Turkish nationalists went on a campaign to cleanse Turkey of Greeks.

What's that Lauren? You didn't know the Arabs were attempting to ethnically cleanse "Palestine" of Jews? I would hope that a bleeding heart such as yourself would object to ethnic cleansing of any kind, but considering you hold a Hamas passport I suppose that the ethnic cleansing of Jews is okay in your book.

Let's move on, shall we Lauren?

"Bloody Passover" was initiated by Arabs based on unfounded reports that Jews were moving against Arabs. The Arab attacks began in Jerusalem, but they were repelled by the Haganah. Six Jews were killed and at least 200 were injured. Arab attacks were also launched on the community of Tel-Chai, which were also successfully repelled, with few Jewish dead resulting from a well prepared defense.

In 1921 Arab attacks against Jews were launched in Jaffa, Rehovot, Petah Tikva, and other Jewish areas. As a result 47 Jews were killed, 140 were wounded. Forty-eight Arabs were killed, with 73 wounded, mostly the result of British gunfire. The Haycraft Commission investigated the rioting and concluded:
The racial strife was begun by the Arabs, and rapidly developed into a conflict of great violence between Arabs and Jews, in which the Arab majority, who were generally the aggressors, inflicted most of the casualties.
How's that peace, love and coexistence narrative workin' for ya so far Lauren? Let's move on.

Arab rioting flared again in 1924. In the conflicts between the Arab rioters and the Haganah 133 Jews and 116 Arabs were killed.

In 1929, el-Husseini spread a rumor that Jews were going to seize control of Muslim holy places (much like Muslim leaders in Israel did last year, when they attempted to launch a stone throwing riot from the Temple Mount almost a year ago...some things never change, do they Lauren?). Rioting broke out again. Organized attacks were launched in Jerusalem with the violence spreading to Hebron, Tsfat, and numerous Jewish communities that lay between them, as well as Kibbutz Kfar Dorom in Aza. The British did nothing to stop the Arab mobs for 6 days until the damage had largely been done. When the British finally stepped in, 135 Jews had been killed. More than 300 were wounded.

In 1936, el-Husseini instigated what became known as the "Arab Revolt." The Arabs declared a general strike and boycott of Jewish business and products. The strike soon led to violence against Jews. Seventeen were killed in the first day of attacks. A total of 80 Jews were murdered during the strike.

Violence resumed in 1937 and continued into 1939. In the period of the Arab Revolt, more than 400 Jews were murdered.

Like today, the British saw fit to reward and appease the aggressors...the Arabs...ethnically cleansing Hebron and Kfar Dorom of Jews in 1929, even though Jews had lived in Hebron and Aza throughout the nearly 2000 years since the Roman ethnic cleansing of much of Judea's Jews, and their renaming the area Palestine.

Wait...wouldn't that make the Romans and the remaining Jewish populace the Palestinians? Sorry Lauren, there is no "Palestine."

Following the Arab Revolt, which was put down by the British due to Arab attacks on the British colonial establishment, the British appeasement of the Arabs continued with the publishing of the so-called 1939 White Paper, in which Britain effectively abandoned the purpose of the Palestinian Mandate, the establishment of a Jewish state in the ancestral homeland of the Jewish people, a land continuously occupied by Jews for some 3,500 years (It is also important to note that Britain illegally cut off 2/3 of the mandated Jewish homeland and gave it to the Hashemite tribe to create what is now called Jordan, and is in fact the Falacstinian state, with 70% of the population identifying themselves as "Palestinian.").

What was that about peaceful coexistence in pre-1948 "Palestine?"

Oh yes, and the Jews of Iran are living the life of fluffy pink unicorns and rainbows. What was it you said Lauren, "living contentedly?" Actually, the first non-governmental/non-military person executed by the Islamic regime in Iran was a Jew; Habib Elganian, an Iranian Jewish business man.

Under the regime Jews who apply for passports are immediately put under surveillance. They and their families are harassed. Those who do eventually receive them are not permitted to travel with multiple family members for fear they will emigrate. Jewish leaders fear reprisals if they speak out about the regime's persecution.

Discrimination against Jews is officially sanctioned, and is particularly evident in employment and education, as well as public facilities. The government twice published the false libel known as the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion," which was first published in Czarist Russian to inflame the populace and lay blame for the people's poverty at the feet of the Jews, which set the stage for violent, government sanctioned pogroms against Russian Jewry.

Before the revolution there were at least 20 schools in Iran. In the schools that were not closed down the principals were replaced by Muslims. Jews are not permitted to serve as principals. The Jewish Sabbath is no longer recognized and the Jewish students are forced to go to school on that day. Since the revolution at least 13 Jews have been executed, mostly for religious reasons, or presumed connections to Israel.

Wow, how "content" the Jews of Iran must feel.

And of course you mention Iranian mothers weeping over the dead from Israeli "massacres" in Rafah, Khan Younis, Nablus and Jenin, where in fact it was determined that no massacres took place, and that scumbags like Saeb Erekat turned out to be big fat liars...like yourself.

Needless to say you could not help but remind your brother of the deprivations of life in Gaza
Do you have no understanding of what it is like to live in Gaza? Under siege, attacked with chemical weapons, your children’s schools razed to the ground by Israeli missiles, your hospitals shelled, your electricity limited, your water undrinkable?
Why would it be necessary to bomb a school if Hamas didn't stockpile weapons there? They are also fond of storing rockets in hospitals, people's homes, and mosques. Amazing tales of suffering considering that water, electricity, medical supplies, and food in gross tonnage, are all delivered to Gaza...by Israel. But then you know this already...because we have all the evidence you mad cow.

So much for your narrative, you bigoted twit.

Yes dearest, you know the truth about Gaza. A decadent lifestyle is to be had, and the grocery stores are packed with goods. A new luxury mall has been built to compliment the exclusive beach resorts. You also know damn well that it is not Israel that keeps many Arabs in Gaza impoverished with all this plenty...it is your Hamas pals that reward their cronies and sell stolen humanitarian aid to the poor in the streets that they were to have gotten for free, which is why even the UN suspended humanitarian aid drops in Gaza for a period of time.

I would say you should be ashamed of yourself, but you have no shame. You shamelessly peddle the Arab lies because it sells. It clothes and feeds your children whom you have the sick temerity to dress in qafiyas to "rap" about supporting the genocidal terrorists that long for the day when every Jew is dead. And most importantly, your line of work, the journalistic (and I use that word loosely) equivalent of directing snuff films, gives you what you desire most...attention. You love it. You need it in your never-ending quest for relevance, and what seems to be the innate British elite's desire to appease Arabs in the wake of their lust for Jewish blood.

Then, this rabid psycho, who would likely feed her own children to an Arab mob if they ever expressed one word of sympathy for a Jew or Israel (though she has apparently done such a fine job of brainwashing them they will no doubt be put up as shining examples of dhimmitude in the future Islamic caliphate of Great Britain), finally asks:
do understand the ‘idea’ of the hardships suffered by millions in the Middle East as a direct result of your support for Israel and just think they deserve it?
Hmm...the suffering of millions in the Middle East wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that, apart from Israel, most of the region is controlled by totalitarian regimes and monarchies that horde wealth for themselves, advocate and condone honor killings, hang homosexuals, repress and control the populace with secret police, and exist as some of the most brutal violators of human rights on the planet, would it? Oh, but that's all Israel's fault. It couldn't have anything to do with America and Europe's complete and total dependence on Arab oil would it? Nope...gotta be Israel.

Lauren, why don't you do us all a favor and move to Saudi Arabia. See how you and your daughters enjoy being third-class dhimmi girls. I'm sure they'll love it.

How stupid and racist can one person be? I dunno...try being Lauren Booth for a day and find out. I'm reminded of Dan Quayle's botching of the United Negro College Fund slogan,
"What a terrible thing to have lost one's mind. Or not to have a mind at all. How true that is."
Yes, how true. Thank you Lauren Booth, now we all have an idea of just how terrible it is to not have a mind at all.

Now What?

The victims of the Hamas dogs: Avishai Shindler, Kochava Even-Chaim, Talia and Yitzchak Imes
May G-d Avenge Their Blood!

The five (I will count the 9 month old fetus, thank you) Jews slain by Hamas gunmen on the eve of the "Direct Talks" are buried. We mourn with their families and all of the Jewish people. In the end we are the only ones who truly care. The world does not. They were "settlers," "extremists," not worth the moisture of tears to most. I would imagine that the sick racists at Code Pink joined their Hamas buddies in celebrating the killings.

B"H they will be the last Jews to lose their lives to the Arab animals, these savage butchers who have never wanted peace, have never wanted coexistence, and whom we should have let leave in 1967 after the war of miracles saw the liberation of all of the Land of Israel to the Jordan River.

What do we do now? Bibi failed to launch a counter attack against Hamas at the behest of Ehud Barak and Military Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi. They didn't want this to undo the precious talks. The simple fact of the matter is that the Arab understands and respects one thing: strength and vengeance. If Netanyahu were a Jewish leader he would have left the United States and ended the notion of an Arab state west of the Jordan. But he is not a man. He is a dybbuk. How can he shake hands with that murderous Holocaust denier Abbas, while that sick bigot Hillary Clinton smiles? Because he is not a man.

You do not negotiate with those who want you dead. You kill them before they kill you.

What price can be paid for the deaths of 5 innocent people who leave behind 7 orphans?

Never will there be an Arab state on Jewish land.

There was an engagement of violent protest by Jews in the wake of the attack. But there was a far greater response, one that will change the course of Israel's history. The Jews of Yesha ended the construction freeze with a flurry of building around Judea and Samaria. This is their statement to Hamas. It has been the statement to the Arabs from the beginning of the Jewish redemption of the Land of Israel. We will build the land. We will have children. We will make aliyah to Israel.

But that is not enough. The Jews of Judea and Samaria are now demanding their guns. The Israeli government has severely curtailed the issuing of gun permits throughout Israel, but particularly in Judea and Samaria. Well, they want their guns, and they want them now. Yitzchak Imes, one of the victims of the cowardly act of violence by the Hamas bastards, had his license taken by police. How different might the outcome have been had he been armed? That is what everyone in Yesha is asking.

These murders have done more to wake up the Jewish people than the threat of expulsion ever could. The building will continue, a friend of mine out near Hevron helped build a massive extension on a house, and woe unto those who try and stop them now.

Keep building because the time will come when all of Israel has a leader who will see to the destruction of the occupying Arab armies, who will not negotiate with them; a leader who will annex all our lands and give the Arabs the choice of living under the seven Noahide laws or leaving.

But how do we merit this? We must call on HaKadosh Borachu. We must renew our connection to Torah. We must know who we are. We must love each other, regardless of the kippah we wear. We must stand together, as we did when we fought the wars of Hashem. When we are one, when we stand in strength against our enemies within Israel and without, when we advance the cause of the orphan and the widow, when we stand by Hashem, who can defeat us? No one. It is as it says in this week's parsha:

That is what we must do. That is how we reach redemption. That is how we rid the land of our enemies. That is how we achieve peace; not by negotiating with genocidal animals who shoot pregnant mothers, nor take counsel from those that say we should.

It is not too hard for us, neither is it far off.

Shabbat Shalom

"If Looks Could Kill They Probably Will"

In the games without frontiers, also known as the "Direct Talks," hosted by the Marack White House, meaningless speeches were made, and even more meaningless meetings were held. Photographers also managed to capture this moment between Bibi and Secretary of Late Hillary Clinton.

I suppose this was captured after he reportedly told her that Jewish construction would resume in Judea, Samaria, and Jerusalem. He might have also given her a bit of tongue lashing over the phone conversation she had with him after the Jerusalem apartment hubbub that got Joe Biden's bowels in an uproar this past spring.

Whatever the case, she doesn't look happy, and from the looks of her purplish hand she might be saying, "You've won this round Bibi. Now release me from your kung-fu grip."

Israel thought they had an ally in you Hillary when you became Secretary of State. They found out differently, didn't they?

Meanwhile, the games go on. Everyone loses in this game when the pResident's desire is to try and look presidential for the midterm elections, while Bibi buys time, and Abbas represents the genocidal aspirations of the Arabs...or not...considering he is holding on to power long after his term was to expire and is nothing more than a pawn caught between Hamas and the misguided policies of Washington.

"Games without frontiers...war without tears?" Not for the children of the Jews who were buried yesterday, dead at the hands of the savages with whom we are expected to make "peace." The entire proceeding in Washington was a sick joke and, from the looks of that picture, no one is laughing.

Z STREET: IRS Thought Police Screening Jewish Non-Profits

Those of you who have read my blog for a while know that in 2008 I wrote vociferously against the candidacy of the man now occupying the White House, and was just as strident in my defense of our unalienable rights protected by the Constitution of the United States. I abandoned that work in 2009 in the wake of Operation Cast Lead and the racist fallout from the leftist blogisphere whose bigotry and racism toward the Jewish people and the State of Israel became uncloaked. I have left the work of dealing with the enemies of our republic to others who have bravely stayed vocal in their patriotism, continuing to write and publish against the tyrannical actions of the White House, Congress, and Supreme Court.

My work here has been dedicated to exposing the prejudices of the administration against Jews and Israel, along with Israel's continuing struggles against the genocidal Arab/Muslim forces arrayed against her, as well as the Israeli left that seeks to subvert the growing power of religious Jews in Israel, methodically engaging in the suicidal effort to give up Jewish lands to the very powers that seek our destruction.

Now, with the revelation that the White House is using the IRS to stifle and silence opposition to its anti-Israel policies, in conjunction with the chronic attack on our rights being led by the administration and the Congress, these issues have collided, as I knew they eventually would. Jewish organizations that oppose the pResident's policies on Israel now find themselves coming up against the IRS in a direct challenge to the unalienable right of all people to freedom of expression. What is happening now between Z Street and the IRS has far reaching ramifications for all Americans.

On December 29, 2009 ZSTREET, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public regarding issues pertaining to the Middle East, and Israel's continued existence as a Jewish state founded by Lori Lowenthal Marcus in response to the faux-pro Israel lobby created by George Soros called "J Street," filed for 501 (c)(3) status with the IRS to receive non-profit tax status.

On July 19, 2010, nearly seven months after the application was tendered, Z STREET counsel was informed by an IRS agent that the Z STREET application was being delayed, and would possibly be denied because of a (all emphasis mine):
special IRS policy in place regarding organizations in any way connected with Israel, and further that the applications of many such Israel-related organizations have been, according to the IRS, assigned to “a special unit in the D.C. office to determine whether the organization's activities contradict the Administration's public policies.”
Source: the Z STREET complaint filed against the IRS.

Read that again and let that roll around in your head for a minute.

The IRS is delaying, and may prevent legitimate non-profit organizations from receiving 501 c-3 status because their views on Israel are contradictory to those of the White House. Let's take a look at the ramifications of this action. There are two main points.

The first is that without 501 c-3 status, those who would be interested in making financial contributions to Z STREET, of which there are many, are currently discouraged from doing so as they are not able to write off these contributions on their taxes. Denying Z STREET this status effectively strangulates their ability to raise money for operating costs, and for getting out their message to supporters and politicians. J Street has been granted this status and is making money hand over fist.

The second, and most important point, one which effects every American and every organization that opposes the Juan Hussein Peron Jr. Jr administration is that, in the words of the Z STREET complaint that has been filed in the U.S. District Court:
These statements by an IRS official that the IRS maintains special policies (hereinafter the “Israel Special Policy”) governing applications for tax-exempt status by organizations which deal with Israel, and which requires particularly intense scrutiny of such applications and an enhanced risk of denial if made by organizations which espouse or support positions inconsistent with the Obama administration’s Israel policies, constitute an explicit admission of the crudest form of viewpoint discrimination, and one which is both totally un-American and flatly unconstitutional under the First Amendment.

What we have here is evidence of the White House's blatant discrimination against Jews, Jews who oppose his views on Israel, and its use of a federal agency to enact this discriminatory process in violation of the constitutional rights of American citizens, whether they happen to be Jewish, or not.

Unfortunately, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. Yisrael Medad, a blogger in Shiloh, Israel, received correspondence from a colleague in the United States. This gentleman is a CPA whose office is currently working on 501c-3 applications for a Jewish religious organization. He reports that there was no mention of Israel in the application, but the office received a letter from the IRS asking the following:
Does your organization support the existence of the land of Israel?
Describe your organization’s belief system toward the land of Israel.
It has been obvious from the beginning that the White House is anti-Israel and anti-Jewish, using the old tactic of employing Jews to put up so the pResident can say, "See? I like Jews. Jews work for me." This is akin to the member of the restricted country club saying, "I'm not racist, I have a black friend."

So while we've been watching the Constitution being shredded, most notably by the Bush administration's FISA policy that was made law by the Democrat congress in the summer of 2008 (Fourth Amendment? What Fourth Amendment?), the First Amendment is now being subverted. We have already seen what the Justice Department is capable of under the auspices of Little Lord Fraudleroy with the Black Panther case. It will be interesting to see what happens in Federal District Court in the Z STREET case.

If the case is dismissed, or the court rules against Z STREET, consider your unalienable right to freedom of expression to no longer exist, at least in the eyes of the White House. If you are an American citizen, Jewish or not, who supports the continued existence of Israel, consider yourselves on notice that the IRS may be sending you a letter regarding your tax filings, that any donation you may have made to an organization that supports Israel may not be deductible on your tax return. And you may start finding that donations that you have made to other non-profits that fail to share the politics of La Bamba may no longer be tax deductible. If the IRS can deny tax exempt status to non-profits that don't jive with White House policy, what is to stop them from stripping existing non-profits of their 501-c-3 status for similar reasons? From where I sit, it looks like nothing, save a Republican controlled Congress that will begin investigating these fraudulent, unconstitutional activities, and bring charges against them.

Would it surprise me that citizens would find themselves being audited by the IRS? No it would not. If this case fails then the IRS will have become an official instrument of administration oppression against those that oppose it. This is perhaps the most sinister threat that faces our Republic. It is hidden. It is directed at Jews in an attempt to drive a wedge between Jewish and non-Jewish Americans, and between those of us who support Israel and those of us who do not. This case should be followed by every American who cares about this nation's redemption. If it fails, we are all in far greater jeopardy than any of us could possibly conceive.

But the forces of Zero made one huge mistake when they decided to try to silence Z STREET: they picked on the wrong people. Apart from being an unabashed Zionist, Lori Lowenthal Marcus is a former First Amendment lawyer (unlike Chairman Zero who pretended to be a Constitutional lawyer). She hit the nail on the head when she stated:
Not only is it patently un-American but it is also a clear violation of the First Amendment for a government agency to penalize an organization because of its political position on Israel or anything else. This situation is the same as if the government denied a driver’s license to people because they were Republicans or Democrats. It goes against everything for which our country stands.

Barak Says Divide Jerusalem While Jews Are Murdered

Yes, the High Priest of Baal is at it again. He is advocating that Bibi agree to turn over Arab neighborhoods to the PA, and internationalize the Old City and City of David, and that it is likely that Netanyahu will agree to this. This traitorous pig is a living act of chilul Hashem.

How much longer must the Jewish people be subject to these lunatic leftists who have no Jewish consciousness? How can a Jew even consider ceding our holiest places to an international body? Is not the world in a constant process of attempting to delegitimize Israel? When a Jewish politician acts like the land is not ours it is no wonder the world demands we give it up.

And what is worse, he makes this ludicrous suggestion in the wake of the brutal murder of four Jews last night. Two men and two women, one of whom was nine months pregnant, were gunned down at the Bani Nayim junction by Hamas terrorists. To confirm the kill, they approached the victims and shot them at pointblank range. Ten children have been orphaned as a result of these murders.

Instead of sitting down and talking with Abbas Bibi should be ordering the IDF to rid Judea, Samaria, and Aza of the occupying Arab terror armies once and for all. There will never be peace or coexistence with Arabs west of the Jordan River. It is a certainty that this attack was designed to end the talks, and they should be ended. You don't negotiate with an enemy that wants to annhilate you; you kill them first as we are commanded in the Torah.

Israel took down check points and road blocks. Israel armed the PA security forces. Israel froze Jewish construction. The only response has been the murder of Jews. The PA and Hamas must answer for these crimes and their ongoing aspirations for the genocide of the Jewish people. Enough is enough. In a recent survey conducted by the PA over 55% of Arabs view violence against Jews as essential. Nearly 31% see it as acceptable. Only 13.7% said it was unacceptable. I say it is essential for them to be driven east of the Jordan River. Enough of the Arab occupation. There will never be peace or coexistence with them, and enough Jewish blood has been shed to prove me right.

These smiling children celebrate the murder of Jews. Never ever should our land be given to them. Drive them out. We will never have peace with them.

The names of the slain are Yitzchak and Talya Imas, Kochava Even-Chaim, and Avishai Shindler. May G-d avenge their blood and rid the land of this seed of Amalek. May their families be comforted with the mourners of Zion. Baruch Dayan Emet.

In response to the slayings it is being reported at The Muqata, that communities across Yesha are ending the freeze early, beginning construction immediately. May the work of their hands be pleasing to Hashem and in their merit destroy our enemies at last.
