It's the same in any lingo

How can one be compelled to accept slavery? I simply refuse to do the master's bidding. He may torture me, break my bones to atoms and even kill me. He will then have my dead body, not my obedience. Ultimately, therefore, it is I who am the victor and not he, for he has failed in getting me to do what he wanted done. ~ Mahatma Gandhi
If I am not for myself, who will be for me? If I am not for others, what am I? If not now, when? ~ Rav Hillel, Pirke Avot

Get Your Bombs Out of Our Basements!

Lebanese citizens wrote a letter to their President, Michel Suleiman, which was published in Al Mustaqbal on 16 July, demanding that Hezbollah stop storing their weapons in their villages and homes. It was read today at a special session of the United Nations Security Council by Israeli Ambassador Gabriela Shalev.

"The recent explosion (in Hezbollah's arms depot in south Lebanon) was very dangerous, and it prompted us to publicly say what everyone is trying to conceal: Illegal arms are being stored by Hezbollah within civilian population areas in basements near our children.

"The cover-up that followed the incident served the interests of certain elements at the expense of the well-being of Lebanese citizens.

"We are not naïve. We've already experienced a massive disaster in 2006 (Second Lebanon War) during what you (Hezbollah) called a victory. If you are acting in the name of Allah and the religious leadership, then you must clear the civilian areas of weapons and anything else that endangers our lives." [For the record it should be noted that no one was demanding that Hezbollah should leave Lebanon, or cease its war on Israel, just they shouldn't leave their toys that go BOOM in their houses, schools, and hospitals.]

The Israeli government and the IDF has said again and again that both Hamas and Hezbollah have used civilian areas as weapons depots, the reason why taking these areas out is always preceded by the dropping of thousands of leaflets by the IDF urging civilians to leave. Now, Lebanese citizens are corroborating this assertion.

When a Hezbollah weapons cache in a Lebanese village south of the Litani River exploded a couple weeks ago it became obvious, even to the raving idiots at the UN, that the terror group was in violation of UNSC Resolution 1701 which ended the 2006 conflict between Israel and Hezbollah.

Shalev also informed the Security Council that Israeli intelligence has evidence that Hamas has smuggled more than 330 mortars, 37 rockets, 46 anti-aircraft missiles, 40 anti-tank missiles and 17 tons of explosives into Gaza.

For seven years of rocket attacks, the UN chronically ignored Israel's petitions for action to stop them. UN officials have already admitted that Hezbollah is in violation of UNSC 1701.
But will they do anything about it? Check your butt for flying monkeys.

Good for the Lebanese who wrote the letter- I think that kind of assertiveness will be so helpful. I still have relatives within rocket fire distance of southern Lebanon, so hope nothing will inflame there.

btw-are there any references to Moroccan refugees in the videos down below? I am still in the stone age, shtuey.
